(Not) Enough

«Enough» Satisfying desire; giving content; adequate to meet the want; sufficient; as much as neccessary.

Everybody has ever had that feeling of «not being good enough» due to society stereotypes and roles you must fit and follow.

Don't panic. You would be amazed of how many
posts you can find on the Internet of people
 feeling exactly the same.
And, what does «enough» really means? The dictionary meaning is right above but does it gives the right meaning to the word? I don't think so. I believe it stands for so many more, including feelings. What is enough for me? What is enough for society? For me, it is when you had have some things in your life through the years and you feel you've come to a limit point or when you feel you're good in what you do, as a person; sufficient.

But, is that description enough for society? I barely think so. Society is all: everyone and everybody that relates (don't necessary have to work with you or be family and friends), with your environtment, your world. For our society, «enough» is never enough. The answer might be because we ALWAYS want to be or have more: more than the other, more than our friends, more than you're able to give sometimes. And this is when your feelings connect with the fact that maybe you're not good enough to have a better job, maybe you're not enough to do what you want, maybe you're not pretty enough... Maybe you're not good enough to fit with society.

Feeling not good enough is also a fear named as atelophobia, fear of imperfection.

According to this post, «Feeling Not Good Enough - Beliefs»A big component of feeling insecure is the image of perfection that we create in our mind. When the voice in our head compares us to that image of perfection it concludes that we are not good enough.
Feeling not enough it's an emotional weight for your persona and your mental health. It can cause stress, depression (that can lead to commit suicide), dissapointment and unhappiness. Being unhappy with yourself, pleasing others, for letting others take advantage... for not filling the role that society exiles.

When you make or take a decision, when you get dressed, when you agree with someone, when you have fun and plenty as more and everything else that includes you, be sure to be happy with it and say yes to yourself having no regrets. Dare yourself to be happy and to feel happy doing what you like and what you want.

You might be afraid to break the rules and play a little with what surruonds you, because society is always expecting more. You might don't take the liberty of mocking (up) people's thoughts and what they will say. Some of you, has even become someone else or changed how you used to be to fit in the rules of society. Some of you, don't alloud themselves to be who you really are for fearing rejection.

One of the most biggest
 society rules and fears.

You tend to care so much of what some will say that had forgotten how it feels to just be, just be who you are... To be honest, sometimes I tend to forget it and I try to always have it in my mind who I am and what I'm capable of. I know I am really good enough to be whatever I want to be and to fit in wherever I can breaking some rules of society.

Society says you can't be pretty and be smart? Society says you can't be a mom and have a job? Society says that you can't have 2 jobs and have a family? Society says you can't have something you really want? Society says so many but so few, at the same time. If you have the ability of doing something, being something and to be confident about it, I'm pretty sure if you fight and struggle for it you will have it. You have to have faith in yourself and your skills.

The ingredient everyone needs is CONFIDENCE. If you believe you can, you will. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not next week... but soon.
